Students who do not meet the required placement scores to begin the GED program will be placed in a 5-week pre-GED program called Summit Prep. Summit provides sessions in math and reading to improve individual test scores on the TABE, the test Summit uses to determine whether prospective students are prepared to enter our GED program. Students work on building confidence and improving TABE scores.
Summit GED students who pass and earn their GED may then enroll in one of our 20-week career trainings.
